If you are sending artwork from an Apple Mac please archive the files with a popular compression program (i.e. Stuffit or Winzip) to prevent damage to files.

For files up to 3mb please use the appropriate email address. For files larger than 3mb please use the ISDN we have available or send your files by post using one of the listed media.

If you cannot supply any of the listed formats or you are unsure of the usability of the format you have available please contact the graphics department directly to discuss your individual requirements.

Please avoid setting up artwork in PowerPoint or similar presentation programs. Please also consider that graphics intended for use on a web site are of a resolution suitable only for viewing on a monitor and are not of suitable quality for high-end graphic reproduction.

Images:

For optimum print quality please follow these guidelines:

Please set all images as CMYK. Any files supplied as RGB will be automatally outputted as CMYK and will suffer a notable difference in colour.

Images should be 300dpi when placed at 100%. If the final print size is too large try to supply the image at 25% of its final print size. The preferred image format is a uncompressed TIFF file but JPEGs will be accepted if saved at its optimum quality.

Fonts:

All fonts should be supplied with any relevant artwork files. Any fonts sent by email must be compressed using Winzip or Stuffit. Another preffered option is to set the text to outlines (curves) using a program such as Adobe illustrator.

Please note that if these guidelines are not followed it may delay the printing process and affect the deadline.
